What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence and one government ID. Upload them once under Profile & KYC.
Is fuel included?
No. Bikes are handed over with the fuel shown at pickup; return it at a similar level.
How does the security deposit work?
Security deposit is paid directly to the bike owner at pickup and returned directly by the bike owner after the bike is inspected. BikeShare India never collects or returns it.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup, then a 25% fee applies.
